Happy, happy 4th birthday, baby girl.

Here's a (wow it sure is blurry) of the cupcake tower we're going to make for her party in two weeks. It's from the back of the Betty Crocker cake mix box. However one thing baffles my brain....where do you find blue and neon green food coloring that is recommended on the recipe???? :)
